For our events on Friday and Saturday we decided to celebrate Cinco de Mayo but putting The Little Piggy twist on tacos. Of course, pork was involved!
Pulled pork tacos with a homemade black bean and corn salsa topped with some cilanto and a lime mayo!
Chorizo tacos with red onion, black beans, pepperjack cheese, salsa verde, cilantro and Little Piggy Hot Sauce!
We definitely went BEYOND BBQ!
